Commercial Trailer Leasing (CTL) is a fourth generation family owned business established in 1964. Throughout its history, CTL has focused exclusively on trailers and grown its fleet to over 17,000 units, which are serviced nationwide. The corporate headquarters resides in Roseland, NJ.
CTL provides Full Service Trailer Leasing, 24/7 Emergency Road Side Assistance, Fleet tracking & Refrigeration Telematics.

David Eisen

Chief Executive Officer

David graduated from Tufts University in 1986 and Hofstra University School of Law in 1990. Under his leadership, CTL has grown into a nationally recognized leader in the long term leasing and full-service maintenance of dry freight and refrigerated trailers, flat bed trailers, and chassis’.

David’s vision is to provide CTL’s diverse customer base with cost effective, customized and technologically advanced equipment, along with unmatched maintenance and service.

Amy Chiovari

Chief Financial Officer

Amy joined CTL as Chief Financial Officer in 2019. Amy leads CTL’s finance organization and is responsible for all financial and accounting matters. Amy has over 25 years’ experience in corporate accounting, corporate finance, financial reporting, SEC reporting, treasury, tax, compliance, internal controls and mergers & acquisitions. Amy is a proven leader who has built and managed finance teams to support tremendous company growth.

Amy earned an MBA from Penn State University and a BA in Accounting from Montclair State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Corey Eisen

Vice President

Corey is a Vice President where he focuses on management, growth, and continued success of existing and prospective customers. He is also responsible for originating, evaluating, and executing on strategic opportunities across all areas of the company.

Prior to joining CTL, Corey was an analyst at American Express in the Global Merchant and Network Services group, where he focused on creating efficiencies to increase incremental spend by existing cardholders.

Corey also serves as co-chair of the board of Smile Train YLC, the largest not-for-profit organization focused on supporting cleft surgery and other forms of essential care for children. Additionally, he is a member of the RWJBarnabas Health YLC.

Corey received a BS in Finance from the Smith School of Business at University of Maryland, College Park.

Anthony Marchesini

Director of IT

Anthony joined CTL as IT Director in April 2017 and is dedicated to delivering first class IT solutions that meet the needs of CTL’s employees and customers. Prior to joining CTL, Anthony was IT Director at the leading business imaging intelligence provider and a Vice President of Software Development for the leading pacemaker manufacturer. Anthony holds a BS in Computer Science from Seton Hall University and is a principal inventor on Patent US6377843B1.

Gregg Gottsegen

President

Gregg Gottsegen is the President of Commercial Trailer Leasing. Gregg joined CTL in 1991 and during his time has successfully grown the business from a regional full-service trailer lessor into a nationally recognized brand with over 15,000 trailers nationwide. Gregg’s vision for the company focuses on a proactive approach to maintenance and customer service, which is what has contributed to CTL being known as one of the leading Trailer Leasing providers in the nation.
Gregg is a member of the Board of Trustees of RWJ Barnabas Health and the Student Life Development Committee at The Ohio State University. Gregg earned his B.A. in Business from the University of Maryland in 1986.

Joseph Eletto

Chief Operating Officer

He has over 30 years in the transportation service industry supporting the needs of regional customers as well as Fortune 500 companies. This experience, coupled with Commercial Trailer Leasing’s industry leading reputation results in the highest levels of customer service.

Joseph has earned a Law degree from St. John’s University School of Law and an Undergraduate degree from Long Island University.

Ryan Gottsegen

Vice President

Ryan is a Vice President at Commercial Trailer Leasing (CTL) and focused on growing the company both internally and externally while maintaining the core values and industry leading reputation that CTL has withheld since 1964.
Prior to joining Commercial Trailer Leasing in 2017, Ryan held various roles at Wheels Up since its inception including Director of Member Services and Account Management. Ryan graduated from The Ohio State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and remains an active member of the OSU Alumni Association. In addition, Ryan is Co-Chair of the Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center Ambassador Circle. CBMC is part of RWJBarnabas Health, New Jersey’s largest integrated health care delivery system.

Amaya Toland

Director of HR

For over twenty years, Amaya has worked as an Executive Assistant to C-Level executives in Fortune 500 companies and small businesses. Amaya specializes in creating dynamic work environments that are collaborative, creative and challenging; resulting in on time deliverables that meet company goals, and enhance individual growth.

As a Business Development Executive, Ryan is focused on growing Commercial Trailer Leasing both internally and externally while maintaining the core values and industry leading reputation that Commercial Trailer Leasing has withheld since 1964.

Prior to joining Commercial Trailer Leasing, Ryan held various roles at Wheels Up since its inception in 2013 including Director of Member Services and Account Management. He worked under the leadership of Kenny Dichter and was responsible for the oversight of more than 400 UHNW membership accounts. Ryan graduated from The Ohio State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and remains an active member of the OSU Alumni Association.
